Mon Sheri's Bakery was founded in Oakland, CA and then brought to Washington, IN and then to Mount Juliet, TN by Emily Fields. Yes, it was quite literally a traveling kitchen as she moved around. Our name comes from combining Mon Chéri (meaning "My Dear" in French) and her mom's name Sheri. You may pronounce it however you would like. As you will find out, these cupcakes are unlike any you have ever tasted. What is the secret? Chemical reactions. We endlessly study what takes place behind the scenes, or behind the oven doors as we say, and incorporate our careful calculations into each recipe. We remain innovative in order to introduce rare tastes, textures, and pairings and pride ourselves on our unique renditions of traditional flavors you know and love.  Everything is made for you.
